The open 3D nylon web structure prevents loading and clogging, delivering a consistent, repeatable finish from coarse deburring (#40) to fine polishing (#600). Standard size 120×100×19mm fits most drum sanding and burnishing machines. Custom sizes available on request.

Engineered specifically for 100mm (4") angle grinders, this non-woven flap wheel delivers consistent surface conditioning, deburring, and satin finishing on stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. The open 3D nylon web structure resists loading and glazing, conforming to curved, contoured, and irregular surfaces. Available in #80 (coarse deburring & weld blending), #240 (surface conditioning), and #320 (fine satin finish). Standard sizes: 100×15×10mm and 100×35×10mm with M10 bore for direct angle grinder mounting.

Heavy-duty non-woven abrasive drum wheel with a natural hardwood core, engineered for drum sanding and burnishing machines. The open 3D nylon web structure delivers consistent surface conditioning, linear finishing, deburring, and rust/scratch removal across the full grit range #80–#600. Standard size 120×150×25mm with centre keyway bore for secure spindle mounting. Suitable for stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cookware, handrails, elevator panels, and wood furniture. Custom sizes and grit grades available on request.
